Racer/crew gate open from 5pm-9pm

Tech inspection for early arrivals as time permits during the evening. Racers may camp overnight after entering the facility.

Short driver's meeting at head of staging just before we hit the track at 10am. At this point any tow rigs or support vehicles that came to the track with the entered car will be strictly off limits to racers. Only the use of entered car/towed trailer behind car will be permitted. All entered vehicles once teched and ready should proceed to opposite side of the track away from their trailers/RVs

Track goes live at 10am (Hard tire classes 11am) and open runs go until 2pm.

Scorekeeper tent opens at 1pm. There you may bring your two best selected time slips and log them with our scorekeeper. Keep your timeslips with you, they will be logged, NOT turned in. Once slips are logged you will be given your route for the day. Feel free to head out at your convenience to Grand Bend Motorplex.

Racers must show proof of checkpoints upon arrival at Grand Bend Motorplex, and then may proceed to pit area/staging lanes

Track is hot from 6pm (Hard tire classes 7pm) to 10pm. Unlike last year, scorekeeper tent will be open during the evening at 9pm. Hand in your two timeslips and you may leave at your convenience to your overnight accommodations afterwards. Racers may also camp at the track overnight, or return in the morning when the gates open.

Track goes live from 10am (Hard tire classes 11am) to 2pm. Scorekeeper tent will open at 1pm and you will receive your second and final routemap after logging your two timeslips. The final on track session is NOT the end of the event. All entrants must make the drive back to St. Thomas Dragway to complete the event. Once you have made the return trip to St. Thomas you will be allowed to enter the lockdown area where all the rigs/RVs are parked without disqualification. The official end is when your vehicle crosses the gate into the track. (Please use the East gate when you enter the track)

AWARDS

Awards ceremony will be held at the Dragway Rush tent in the pit area. We have a lot of hardware to hand out for winners, runners up, and as always, special awards. 

Weather

We will do whatever it takes to complete the event, and the schedule may be affected due to poor weather, but the event will continue. Stay on your toes in case things get changed.

Both tracks use an FM transmitter to broadcast p.a. announcements. Tune to 88.9fm to stay informed.
